DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE?
We do not accept returns for exchanges. To avoid any issues, we kindly ask that all customers carefully review the product listings and sizes before placing an order.

DO YOU ACCEPT ORDER CANCELLATIONS?
Order cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note that we cannot guarantee approval for cancellations, as our fulfillment center processes orders promptly. We will check with our fulfillment team to determine if the order has been shipped. If not, we will cancel the order.

DO YOU ACCEPT REFUND REQUESTS?
Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot process refund requests. We will inform you of any potential shipping delays.

Refunds are only accepted if:

  • The product is from our store
  • The product has not been used
  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order

If the item you received is incorrect (wrong size, color, or completely different from your order), we will offer a free reshipment of the correct product or a refund based on the conditions below.

  • Reason for the refund
  • Picture/Video of the product received
  • Order number

Once we receive your email, we will respond within 24 hours. If we verify your request, we will either reship the correct product for free or provide a partial refund. Full refunds will not be issued under these circumstances.

Please note that we do not provide refunds if the tracking number shows the order as delivered but you did not receive it. In such cases, we are not responsible for package theft.
